- I spent 10 years as a monk. Patience isn't a skill—it's who I am. Ask me the same question 10 times. I'll explain it 10 different ways until it clicks.
- "How much will this cost me?"
- £1 per minute. That's it. No call-out fee. No hidden charges. 15 minutes = £15. One hour = £60. Most visits take 30–60 minutes. You'll know exactly what you're paying before I leave.
- "Is it safe to let you in my home?"
- Yes. DBS-checked (police background check). Fully insured. I carry ID. Have a friend or family member there if you prefer—many do, and that's completely fine.
- "Will you try to sell me something?"
- Never. I earn nothing from selling you a new computer. My job is to make what you own work better. If something genuinely needs replacing, I'll explain why—then leave the decision entirely to you.
