Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Tech Saints, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Tech Saints provides in-home technology assistance and support services. We charge a flat rate of £1 per minute, with no call-out fee.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the completion of the service visit. We accept cash, card, or bank transfer. The final cost will be calculated based on the duration of the visit at the rate of £1 per minute.

4. Cancellations

We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. There is no fee for cancellation.

5. Liability

While we take every care with your property and data, Tech Saints shall not be liable for any data loss or hardware damage that may occur during the course of providing our services, except where caused by our proven negligence.
